Delivery Policy

Depending on what you have ordered, where you are located and the size of the item, the delivery time may vary. PC Store uses Mainstream freight for larger freight items and their delivery times tend to be within 2-4 days. We use Parcel Post and NZ Post for all other services.

The price charged for the delivery of any item includes the cost of postage, packaging materials and order processing costs and the postage price seen on the package is only a part of these costs.

We do not have a pickup location as the warehousing company service we use does not allow pickups.

Shipping Prices

We offer $10 fixed price shipping nationwide on every order. With the exception of $15 for Rural delivery).

Delivery Times

• North Island - 1 to 2 Working Days
• South Island - 1 to 2 Working Days 

Delivery times are estimates based on the courier companies suggested delivery time. Please allow an extra 1-2 days for rural and/or bulk deliveries.

Delivery days are Monday to Friday.

Allow more time for delivery before Christmas or around Public Holidays.

Tracking Number

If your order has not arrived within 3 business days please contact us on info@pcstore.nz. Our staff will provide you with a courier tracking number and will advise if any potential courier issues have occurred.
